Odine Achieves 27.7% Revenue Growth in the First Half of 2025
Odine, a global technology partner, has announced its financial results for the first half of 2025. The company recorded net sales revenue exceeding 443 million TL, marking a 27.75% year-on-year increase compared to the same period last year.
Odine’s focus on artificial intelligence and digital transformation solutions has been a key driver of its performance. In the first six months of 2025, the company reported an EBITDA of 1.9 million TL and a gross profit exceeding 82 million TL, with a gross margin of 18.53%. A significant portion of revenues is expected to shift into the second half of the year due to strategic R&D investments and seasonality-driven project delivery timelines. This is anticipated to influence the distribution of results across the year, with operational outcomes expected to strengthen as projects are completed in the latter half.
On the liquidity side, Odine demonstrated strong performance, raising its current ratio from 2.51 to 2.92, liquidity ratio from 2.51 to 2.80, and cash ratio from 1.34 to 2.33, compared to year-end 2024. These improvements further enhanced the company’s operational resilience and financial flexibility.
