Odine’s Net Sales Rise 147% to TRY 1.1 Billion
Maintaining its digital transformation-focused growth strategy in the first half of the year, Odine generated TRY 1.1 billion in net sales revenue, representing a 147% increase compared with the same period of 2025.
Odine, a global technology partner providing consulting, systems integration, and AI-powered software and service solutions for digital infrastructures, has announced its financial results for the first six months of 2026.
For the six-month financial period ended 30 June 2026, the company’s gross profit increased by 127% year-on-year to TRY 187 million, while its gross profit margin stood at 17.03%.
Continuing to execute its digital transformation-focused growth strategy, Odine generated TRY 1.1 billion in net sales revenue during the first half of the year, marking an increase of 147% compared with the same period of 2025.
The impact of Odine’s strategic investments, completed by the end of 2025 and expected to make a significant contribution to future revenue and profitability, began to be reflected in the company’s financial results during the first half of 2026. Given the acceleration in project completions during the first half of the year and the seasonal concentration of sales in the second half, the positive impact of these investments on revenue and profitability is expected to become more pronounced in the periods ahead.
Commenting on the financial results, Odine CFO Ali Yöney said:
“In the first half of 2026, we began to see the positive impact of the strategic investments we have made in line with Odine’s long-term and sustainable growth objectives reflected in our financial results. Supported particularly by the organic and inorganic investments undertaken in 2025, as well as our R&D activities, our sales revenue recorded strong year-on-year growth, accompanied by an improvement in our operational performance.
Historical trends in the sector indicate that demand and project completions tend to accelerate in the final quarter of the year. Accordingly, we expect the contribution of our strategic investments, which began to be reflected in our financial performance during the first half, to become more pronounced in the second half of the year.
The strong revenue growth achieved in the first half of 2026 reinforces our company’s long-term and sustainable growth strategy. At Odine, we remain firmly committed to R&D investments that enhance our competitiveness and support sustainable growth. We believe that our technology-driven business model will make a significant contribution to profitability and operational efficiency over the long term.”
Future Outlook
Supported by its investments and the strong liquidity position demonstrated during the first six months of 2026, Odine aims to maintain its sales growth and improve profitability throughout the remainder of the year through its innovative solutions in digital transformation.
Backed by a strong cash position, positive working capital, and a solid equity base, the company continues to pursue its vision of creating long-term value, with a strategic focus on areas including artificial intelligence, sovereign cloud architectures, and agentic multi-cloud management.
Odine develops advanced technologies and platforms that enable organizations to manage complex infrastructures with greater security, intelligence, and end-to-end control. By delivering its advanced engineering capabilities to global markets, the company continues to strengthen its position as a provider of high-value-added technology solutions.
