Job Description:
  • Execution of project management process effectively

  • Managing and monitoring Odine Software and R&D projects throughout the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure

  • Managing quality, time, scope, costing, communication, risks, resources, procurement and vendor management

  • Managing and maintaining the relationship with projects stakeholders both internal and external

  • Handling executive level of communications related to projects (Project kick-off, risk notes, etc.)

  • Building project schedules and tracking projects progress

  • Monitoring the deliverables and acceptance criteria

  • Managing workflow tool integrations related to project management

  • Improving project management process and supervising process changes in the whole organization

  • Helping project management office governance by establishing best practices

  • Collaborating with Researchers, R&D Centers, Universities, CTO, and SW Development teams to transform technology into real products or solutions

  • Maintaining the relationship for R&D project submission with Tubitak, Teknopark, etc.

  • Helping R&D project governance by establishing best practices

  • Managing and monitoring SW development projects throughout the full project/product life cycle from initiation to closure

Qualifications:
  • BS/MS degree in Computer, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related Engineering departments

  • At least 5 years of solid project management experience in technology-related jobs

  • Excellent understanding of Software Development Lifecycle

  • Advanced level of English

  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) and experience in working with JIRA / Redmine tools is a plus

  • PMP Certification is highly desired

  • Ability to manage a variety of cross-organizational projects (scope, stakeholders, desired outcomes) and work closely with a broad range of internal and external teams

  • A learner mindset with a willingness to try new approaches and tools, and innovate

  • Effective communication skills

  • Effective presenter, negotiator, and collaborator

  • Flexible working principles in different time zones
