Marketing Manager

Job Description:
  • Oversees marketing department and is responsible for the company’s marketing and communication strategies, branding and image, budget and business target management, product marketing, and analysis of the business, the market, and competitors.

  • Create and develop our value proposition, based on market analysis, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

  • Implementing PR strategies and managing the company’s overall brand communications.

  • Develops and translates global marketing and communication strategy into region marketing campaigns and programs

  • Manages overall products and services lifecycle from concept to retirement phase coordinating business teams

  • Design, execute and manage events and launches, including sponsorship and local PR projects.

  • Enhance the effectiveness of our global and regional go-to-market strategy, digital campaigns, and Account Based Marketing programs

  • Manage marketing budgets for all revenue-generating units in partnership with business unit leads.

  • Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs

  • Maintain and enhance the Marketing team to include managing, consulting, and coaching

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Master’s degree preferably in Marketing

  • At least 10 years in an associated B2B Marketing role

  • Experience working for a global company in the Telecommunication industry

  • Experienced in working in different geographical regions with different cultures

  • Strong abilities to technical product specifications down into key stories and benefits for B2B target customers

  • Highly developed commercial sensibility; ability to recognize growth opportunities and execute on them

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

  • Strong analytical skills, as well as a passion for product analysis, competitive analysis, and market dynamics.

  • In-depth experience in using CRMs, automation, digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing, and managing agencies

  • Ability to lead a dynamic team and collaborate with multiple teams across the business

  • Attention to detail to ensure high quality across all marketing collaterals

  • Experience and demonstrated aptitude in both managing and prioritizing multiple projects and initiatives
